钾长石选矿设备[详细信息]

 钾长石选矿设备永磁磁系,用于提纯长石,提高长石白度。

长石的基本结构单位是四面体,它由4个氧原子围绕一个硅原子或铝原子而构成。每一个这样的四面体都和另一个四面体共用一个氧原子,形成一种三维的骨架。大半径的碱或碱土金属阳离子位于骨架内大的空隙中,配位数为8(在单斜晶系长石中)或9(在三斜晶系长石中)。长石晶体多数主要呈板状或沿某一结晶轴延伸的板柱状。双晶现象十分普遍,  双晶律多达20多种。常见的有钠长石律、曼尼巴律、巴温诺律、卡斯巴律、肖钠长石律双晶。它们分别存在于三斜晶体或单斜与三斜晶体中。

富含钾或钠的长石主要用于陶瓷工业、玻璃工业及搪瓷工业;自然界中的长石原矿纯度普遍不高,如果想用于陶瓷工业,一般需要先提纯,影响长石白度的较主要的因素就是赋存于长石中的氧化铁杂质,以及在生产加工过程中产生进入的机械铁杂质。所以需要对氧化铁和机械铁分别进行清除。

云南某客户为露天开采的长石矿,矿石中石英含量较低,原矿含铁>0. 3%1200°烧后白度为42,矿石中的铁包括磁铁矿、钛铁矿、赤铁矿、云母等含铁硅酸盐,且有部分含铁粘土矿物。

该矿部分矿石较为疏松,性脆,利于破碎作业。

该矿的小型选矿试验分为干式磁选作业及湿式磁选作业两部分,小型试验证明,在较粗的粒度下,由于该矿含水量较高,经过强磁选,虽然能将含铁量较低,但除铁效果不如湿式磁选明显,该矿中-1mm的部分,除铁效果更为明显。

半工业试验在我公司制造的干式强磁磁选机上进行,该机为四级磁选,其中首先级为GCTL-II型,其余三级磁选为GCTL-I型,对该机磁场指标实测后可知,GCTL-I三级磁选工作磁场峰值均>15000Gs

半工业试验用样为500kg,经鄂式破碎机粗碎经1.5mm粗筛筛分,筛上粗粒进入细碎型颚式破碎,细碎样再使用辊式破碎机(间距)进行进一步细碎,细碎产品合并后磁选。

破碎产品直接给入工业机型除铁,磁性物产率约为10%,磁性物粒度较细,可见明显的黑云母等含铁矿物,除铁后产品Fe2O3含量为0.07%1200°烧后白度>60,说明该机经过4级磁选后。

长石除铁效果与矿石中含铁矿物的物相、粒度、嵌布形式等有明显的关系,使用磁选工艺时,能对不同粒度的含铁矿物,特别是较粗粒度下的含铁包裹体有明显的除铁效果,磁选是长石等非金属矿物除铁的有效工艺。
