钾长石选矿设备

 钾长石选矿设备永磁磁系，用于提纯长石，提高长石白度。

长石的基本结构单位是四面体，它由4个氧原子围绕一个硅原子或铝原子而构成。每一个这样的四面体都和另一个四面体共用一个氧原子，形成一种三维的骨架。大半径的碱或碱土金属阳离子位于骨架内大的空隙中，配位数为8（在单斜晶系长石中）或9（在三斜晶系长石中）。长石晶体多数主要呈板状或沿某一结晶轴延伸的板柱状。双晶现象十分普遍，  双晶律多达20多种。常见的有钠长石律、曼尼巴律、巴温诺律、卡斯巴律、肖钠长石律双晶。它们分别存在于三斜晶体或单斜与三斜晶体中。

富含钾或钠的长石主要用于陶瓷工业、玻璃工业及搪瓷工业；自然界中的长石原矿纯度普遍不高，如果想用于陶瓷工业，一般需要先提纯，影响长石白度的较主要的因素就是赋存于长石中的氧化铁杂质，以及在生产加工过程中产生进入的机械铁杂质。所以需要对氧化铁和机械铁分别进行清除。

​云南某客户为露天开采的长石矿，矿石中石英含量较低，原矿含铁＞0. 3%，1200°烧后白度为42，矿石中的铁包括磁铁矿、钛铁矿、赤铁矿、云母等含铁硅酸盐，且有部分含铁粘土矿物。

该矿部分矿石较为疏松，性脆，利于破碎作业。

该矿的小型选矿试验分为干式磁选作业及湿式磁选作业两部分，小型试验证明，在较粗的粒度下，由于该矿含水量较高，经过强磁选，虽然能将含铁量较低，但除铁效果不如湿式磁选明显，该矿中-1mm的部分，除铁效果更为明显。

半工业试验在我公司制造的干式强磁磁选机上进行，该机为四级磁选，其中首先级为GCTL-II型，其余三级磁选为GCTL-I型，对该机磁场指标实测后可知，GCTL-I三级磁选工作磁场峰值均＞15000Gs。

半工业试验用样为500kg，经鄂式破碎机粗碎经1.5mm粗筛筛分，筛上粗粒进入细碎型颚式破碎，细碎样再使用辊式破碎机（间距）进行进一步细碎，细碎产品合并后磁选。

破碎产品直接给入工业机型除铁，磁性物产率约为10%，磁性物粒度较细，可见明显的黑云母等含铁矿物，除铁后产品Fe2O3含量为0.07%，1200°烧后白度＞60，说明该机经过4级磁选后。

长石除铁效果与矿石中含铁矿物的物相、粒度、嵌布形式等有明显的关系，使用磁选工艺时，能对不同粒度的含铁矿物，特别是较粗粒度下的含铁包裹体有明显的除铁效果，磁选是长石等非金属矿物除铁的有效工艺。
